hey everyone! My name's Antonio and i'm from california. I have a charbroil offset smoker. I say I discovered the art of smoking meat about 9 months ago. I've been trying to get as much info as I can and thats how I landed here. I can see there's a great ambient here and hopefully we can share tips.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
