I have just started looking at forums.....this is GREAT!!!!!! I am a big Weber Kettle grill person for ever...hate gas grills. I've used webers around the world and turned a few Europeans on to this as well. Now for the smoking part. I have had a propane smoker for the last 6-7 years. Do a good job with pulled pork, ribs etc but the damn thing keeps rusting out every couple of years (I live near the beach in FL). I am looking to change and have been trying to decide between charcoal and wood, off-set etc) I have been reading up on the WSM and I like what i am reading....opinions?
