Hi my name is Josh from Gilbert, AZ. I recently found this website and been looking at it nonstop. What a great resource. So much great info. Anyways I love to smoke and grill. I recently just purchased the vision kamado from Costco. Can't wait to start cooking on it. Will let everyone how it works out for me with all the great recipes and tips from this site. Before I purchased the kamado I have been using a gas grill and smoker. I can't wait to start trying it with the lump charcoal.
