Hey everybody im arron and new to the forum but not new to smoking for sure. im definitely a big foodie but love my smokers most of all. My dad and I actually just got done smoking 3 lbs of my cranberry cheddar venison snack sticks which are always a big hit. I have a master built gas smokehouse, a 22 inch weber kettle, a home made barrel wood fired smoker, a 18 inch weber converted to a wood fired pizza oven and a 36 inch blackstone griddle. My dad and I will try to smoke anything and probably our biggest disappointment was smoked burgers but hey you gotta try. Anyways I could go on all day but thats just a bit. Excited to be here!
