I'm new to the forum, but I've been BBQing for years now on WSM's, and cheap offsets, and I'm so happy to finally take the plunge and start using a cooker that will last me forever! Does anyone have a Lang 48 that would like to share their opinions? I did much research, and I was deciding between a Klose, JJ, and the Lang. The reverse flow, and the location of the pitmaker sold me, as I'm in VA. Thanks!
