Glad to have found this site.I have a smokey mountain brand propane smoker and about have it wore out on Salmon and have been experimenting with other meats.
Coz welcome aboard. Glad to have you here. Feel free to add to or take from the site. There is so much knowledge here that before long you will be wishing this was your full time job.
If anyone gets to Wi.during the summer and want to go Salmon fishing they should contact me as I have a 22' Salmon getter fully rigged and go at least once a week weather permitting.We will see if we can load a cooler for ya to take home!
Welcome to SMF. Now that idea of going fishing for salmon sounds good. How about sharing your favorite smoked salmon recipes with us? Post them in the Fish Forum if you get a chance.

Welcome to the forum Tommy.. can't wait to see your salmon posts. I was born a cheesehead.. got transplanted as a young lad when Dad got sick with cancer and had to move back to Missouri. Used to love the winters and the lake ice... but I was young.
