Been smoking for a couple years now. Mostly stick with ribs, butt and chicken. Going to step it up and do a Turkey tomorrow. Right now I got a New Braunfels Black Diamond (NBBD). Looking to build my own or get a Okie Joe, Need more room now.

Welcome aboard James.  There are quite a few Georgia members in here.

If you have not tried a brined turkey before they are worth the extra effort.  There are several good brine mixes posted in the forum.  And smoked turkey is just plain wonderful.
