Hello from Washington

Hello my name is Edwin I'm new to smoking. I just got a Master built 30" Electric smoker for Christmas. I'm from Marysville, Washington. I am originally from NYC don't hold that against me ; )

I want to learn how to smoke and make jerky. I am of Puerto Rican decent and would like to try smoking with recipes from PR. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Edwin and welcome to the group!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
