Hello all, I've been cooking almost all my life, but have been smokin' and grillin' for just a few years. I want to get into competition in the future.....when I feel I'm confident enough. It seems like SMF is a good place to hang out and talk about the art of Smokin' meat. I was active on BBQ Central for awhile but then this thing called work took over with loads of deadlines and projects. Well things are slowing down at work and I am no longer working shift work, so I'm off every weekend and when home life provides I'll be outside smoking meats. Hope to talk with some of you share some recipes and Qview.
