Hello all. New to the forum. I've been grilling, etc. for years but just really got into smoking about 2 years ago. I have the WSM 18 1/2" model and a Weber Spirit 310 for everyday grilling. Grew up in New Orleans, La. and love spicy and well-seasoned foods. I don't do bland very well.

The SM site and forums are inspirational, educational and very entertaining.

Go Tigers (LSU)!

Welcome to SMF. Glad to have you here. Check out the 5 day ecourse. Lots of great information. I agree with you on bland food. They suck
