I've been lurking here at this awesome site for a year now, it's high time I join and introduce myself! I'm Kim and I live in Southern PA (Chester County). I've had an MES for a year now and I have used your wisdom exclusively as I've learned to use my smoker, and I have used it a lot!
I've made some great baby back ribs, chickens, double smoked ham, turkey breast, one fattie and have done a couple briskets. I'm getting ready to kick it up a notch and I'm going to make my first belly bacon this fall. I'm going to get one of Todd's A-MAZE-N things and I'm on the hunt for reasonably priced pork belly. Hubby also wants some salmon so that's what's on the horizon. Oh, and cheese and nuts and....
Not sure why it's taken me so long, but today I'm doing my first pork shoulder and making the finishing sauce posted by SoFlaQuer.
