I am pretty new to cooking with smoke (about 5 months), but I have been trying a few different things.  So far, the baby backs are my specialty, but I have made up some pretty fantastic game hens too.  I am currently using a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, but have been looking at some other options as well.  The MES just isn't big enough with some of the friends and family that I have to feed.

Looking forward to borrowing some of your knowledge and hopefully being to pass some along to newer people as they join the forum.
