Came across the site while researching sausage smoking. It's time to take up the family tradition! Being of Polish heritage, my family has been smoking sausage all my life. Some of my fondest memories as a kid are making authentic kielbasa with my dad. He built a really nice large sized smoke house in his back yard using an old fridge. Every time I visit him I definitely have to grab a ring or two for the road.

So I'm a newb at this but looking forward to exploring this tradition and trying lots of other stuff while I'm at it. So many recipe's to try, so little time!
