Whats Up People!?

Im Jay from SWP.  Been skimming the web for smoking hints, tips, tricks and recipes and stumbled on this site.

Been grilling for years, mostly on charcoal and wood, and recently picked up a smoker after a near fateful Propane grill accident.  DOWN WITH PROPANE!!!
