I've been reading here for a while and thought it was time to join the fun... I have a 40 inch master built electric smoker I've been using for a little over a year now and have tried many different recipes.... I look forward to sharing soon and appreciate all the help I've already picked up from other members.... If your meats aren't happy..... you're not happy!
