Hello from Northern Wisconsin

I am new to the smoking, but reading and learning everything I can from you guys.  I bought a used (but looks new) Pit Barrel Smoker and have dived in a done a few items.  Looking forward to learning more and probably upgrading my smoking equipment.

As an aside, I am also a bass fisherman and goldwing rider.
