My name is Kevin, I'm a butcher by trade, not really new to smoking meats, but whenever i googled a question about it ,it seems this site always has an answer, so I decided to join. Hope I can be some help to some people and hope some can help me. Lately I've been venturing into dry cured smoked meats, I do bacon and pork loin, Canadian bacon, and recently, maple honey dry cured and smoked ham, delicious BTW.
