Hello from New Mexico

Hello all
Names Sharky from southeast New Mexico. Been looking around the forum a few days now. Been using a Brinkman Smoke N Pit for a few years and Just acquired a Masterbuilt electric but I still consider myself a beginner. I used a lot of info from this forum to get thru T-Day. Smoked a turkey and brisket both turned out great thanks to this forum.
I was going to post a couple of pics but the family was on it before I could find the camera.
Thanks for all the info and looking forward to a lot more.
