I was born and raised in Vallejo, been on the east coast for the last 13 years and got into smoking this summer. Been a hell of a good time sharing all kinds of different smoked food with family and friends. My brother recently came out here to visit me and I smoked up a brisket and pork butt for him during that trip. He loved it so much I think he will be looking to get into smokers as well. I usually take my wife and kids back home to VJO around Christmas time, maybe next Christmas we will have a smoked turkey on the table in California.
