Hello from Nebraska

Hello all, I'm basically a beginner here at most of this. From Northeast Nebraska. Been cream can cooking for a while and now going to purchase my first Dutch Oven and give that a try. Acquired 2 steel fridges which I want to turn into smokers. So, basically expect a lot of newby questions from me, and I'll be sitting back and reading for the next while. Great site!
