Hello everybody I just recently purchased a electric smoker and did my first butt a couple weeks ago from using tips I found on this forum and it turned out great. I decided to join the Forum and now I'm hooked on learning how to smoke and get better at it. I have two kids now and have found that smoking is my new favorite hobby.
