I have been reading this site for a couple of weeks, and found alot of information and tips. I have only been smoking for about a year, just getting info from the net and doing alot of experimenting. I have a Weber Silver, and a Char-Griller with a sfb. I posted earlier about cooking baked beans, and got some quick responses. Thanks for the help, and i'm sure i'll get all the knowledge I need from this site.
