Hello everyone.  I am Ben and am brand spanking new to smoking thing and to the forum.  I am in Louisville KY where we are 3 weeks out from the most exciting 2 mins in sports (if you want my picks on the race just ask...it should be noted that you are more likely to win money on the race by betting on anything other than what i pick)

For my smoker i am using the Char Griller Duo with the side smoker box.  I have done a few things so far and have learned each time and i am looking forward to learning a lot more.
