Hello to all from Fauquier County, Virginia. I am new to this forum & the SMF overall. I just ordered my new smoker. A Kamado Joe Classic. I have been using a gas grill for about 15 or so years. It died last fall so I decided to try something different. After doing research, I decided upon a KJ Classic. I grew up watching my dad use a Weber grill.
