Thought I would stop in and say hi. Been smoking since the time I volunteered to smoke turkey for thanksgiving 10 years ago. It turned out good so my wife didn't kill me and 10 years later I'm still at it.

I found this forum doing research for a new smoker and have found some really helpful advice. I bought a Smoke Vault as an early Christmas present and made my first rack of baby backs yesterday. They turned out great, the Cowboys won, and the Pack lost today...Life is good.
