Hello All from the Bay Area!

Glad I found this place. I have been reading for the past 2 weeks.

I love smoking, pork being my first choice, ribs and Butt. I started with a foil packet on our gas weber, moved to an offset grill from BBQ's Galore. Sadly had to part with it when I moved. Caught the bug again and now have a brand new Masterbuilt electric on the deck! It is seasoning as we speak.

From doing my reading around here it looks like the next item on my list to smoke is a fatty! Looking forward to it.
