Hello. I love Bavaria, I use to go there all the time when I was stationed in Northern Italy. Not many in America can say they have skied on Zugspitze.

Pretty neat you built your own cooker, I wish i had those skills
That's true, but for us it's the other way around - not many people can say they've ever skied in the Rocky Mountains.
Northern Italy is also a very beautiful area.

Welcome to SMF! Really hoping that you have sausage recipes to share.
I don't have any experience with making sausages, my butcher has always done that.
But who knows what else will happen?

Welcome from Ohio looking forward to seeing your smoker build and some cooked foods
I will definitely share pictures of the construction and the food.

Hi,
my name is Alex and I´m from Bavaria, Germany.
On some trips to the states I learned to love smoked meat.
I like to cook, grilling and welding, so it was a logical conclusion to
built a smoker by my own.
Now I´m here and looking forward to find many tips and tricks.

Alex
