Well, first let me say thank you! You guys have already helped me with your posts and information that you all share!

I have a few food trucks and we came to BBQ by a bbq truck going out of business and we had to cover the contracts. So i buy a few traeger texas grills and off we go! It has evolved into a major part of our menu and catering now 12 months later. I had an fec120 and we got rid of it to go to the Good One Marshal that we ordered today. It has been a crazy ride but it is a lot of fun learning from you and trying new menu items!

Thanks and I loot forward to learning more!

Jason
