Just let everyone know I'm new to smoking meat and will be asking a lot of questions. I am from Alabama, married for 35 years so far. We have 8 boys and 2 girls. I have been a Paramedic for the past 28 years now and currently doing contract work. My oldest boys built me a gravity feed smoker for my birthday this past September. Love it and I will post some pictures when I figure out how. Hope to learn a lot from you all.
