My name is Kevin and I stumbled across this site while searching for reviews on a new smoker.  I am originally for the Jersey Shore and moved to Phoenix in 2004.  Smoking food is like a little hobby for me.  I bought a new smoker (Smoke Hollow PS4400 - Sams Club) and when I was putting it together one of the tack welds broke on the base for one of the legs.  :(  I called the company and they sent me a whole new bottom half of the smoker.  I just seasoned it the other night and hopping to smoke some meat in it tonight.
