My name is chevis necaise. I am from pass Christian, ms. I current use a traeger Texas and smoker I built out of a 250 gallon tank. I am currently building a insulated box smoker. I am new to the smoking world and have competed in one competition that I got a 5th place call in brisket so now I am hooked. Always looking for tips and new ideas to try. :
