Hey everyone. Thought I had registered for the site a while back, but I guess I didn't. Been smoking and barbecuing for a long time, but always learning better ways to do it. Love trying new things and will be delving into curing sometime soon. Might not be until I get back to the states though. Anyway, can't wait to soak up more knowledge.
