I would like to introduce myself as a 20 year rookie due to that fact that I lean something new every time I cook. I do keep journal on every smoking event . Started with a charcoal Brinkman and have added a Brinkman Gourmet electric, Brinkman propane and a MES 30" electric. It is a site to see when all three are going at the same time.
