Been lurking around here for about 6 months now, and decided to join.   There is a lot of great info here.   Been smoking for a few years now, and have recently decided to get more serious about it.  My Father in Law gave me a free weber smokey mountain that he had sitting in his garage about 5 years ago, and up until about a year ago I had probably only used it about five times.  Ever since about a year ago, it gets fired up at least once a month if not more.  I have to say the Weber Smokey Mountain is extremely easy to use and very forgiving IMHO.  But after looking at all the home builds on here, I will probably be making my own reverse flow this winter (I really don't feel like welding and cutting in this 100* weather).  I will probably be asking questions you guys have answered before so go easy on me (I do have thick skin though).

Thanks

Aaron
