Hello everybody my name is Jeff I've been smoking for about a year now I use a chargriller 5050 with the firebox attachment I'm from Denver Colorado and looking for advice on how to maintain temperature when it's cold outside

Welcome Jeff!  Glad ya joined us.  I've found that wind was my main problem with maintaining temps.  I smoke with a WSM and it is very stable, until it starts blowing.  Blocking the wind is key!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a cloudy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
