New to competition BBQ and this site. Looking forward to good discussions and feedback. I'm original from NE Texas and my family and I have been in the Air Force for almost 15 years now. 13 years in Charleston,SC and now almost 2 in Cabot,AR. I love to cook and now use an Oklahoma Joe stick burner. Just competed in my 2nd KCBS comp, 1st with all 4 categories. Took 2nd in chicken and I'm stoked! Looking forward to some good discussions and gathering some new tips and ideas.
