Ah heck......I gotta do the grocery shopping this evening.....I'm just gonna grab a couple of cans and give it a try. We'll compare thoughts.Sure will
$4.79 a can at Meijer here.Do check the price first. I saw it at my local store, and there was no price listed on the shelf. I remember thinking, "It's just chili. How much could it possibly be?" So I grabbed 2.
Yeah, I looked at the receipt when I got home. Those 2 cans cost me $10.
Would've been cheaper to just go to the Wendy's down the street.
I just picked up a couple of cans at the Commissary for $3.44 per can.$4.99 at the Kroger here. I'll buy a can to compare to the fresh stuff from the Wendys on the corner. 6GRILLZNTN I'd fit right in with you and dad. Thats my go to when I go to Wendys.

You're not nuts. I got info from a franchise owner. The locals here take the burgers that fall apart and add to the chili.I swear the chili from the restuarant was better than the can I bought.
I have the book and you're right, it's pretty spot on but have even perfected it. We make like 2-3x month.I used to have a recipe for Wendy's chilli, it was from one of those websites that claim to have all the recipes from thenbig chains.
