Happy 1st and 4th to all! Getting the smoke ready for the 4th right now! I have a 9 lb sirloin tip roast and a 10 lb pork butt that I am coating with taco seasoning and olive oil. I'm going to pull them for what me and my kids call our tradition 4th of July tacos! I have another butt I'm going to do pulled for sandwiches! I'll have to try not to have to many cold ones so I can get ya some pics!
