That's my next go around.An offshore buddy has some sword for me and that'll be going on the other side.I use them but mostly the other side! Great for veggies and fish.
I just replaced my cast iron with SS on my silver b. I only have only done one Ribeye and it did not have much marbling but it took twice as long to cook and not much grill marks.
