GREETINGS TO ALL.  I AM STEVE FROM EASTERN PA.  NEW TO SMOKING MEATS.  NOT NEW TO GRILLING.  LOOK FORWARD TO IDEAS AND TIPS FROM ALL YOU SEASONED VETERANS OUT THERE.

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TURNING MY OLD CHAR BROIL GAS GRILL INTO A FULL TIME SMOKER.  ANY TIPS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
