Hey Y'all, Smoking Dave here. I'm a new member hoping to learn and to share some tips on grilling and smoking BBQ. Today I'm using my 40 inch Masterbuilt electric smoker and have it loaded with chicken breasts, small trimmed brisket and a large slab of baby back pork ribs. Kinda celebrating Mother's Day. Happy Smoking
