Was sitting here thinkin about a new sauce. (at least to me) here is my mango / coconut sauce. This sauce is not for low and slow as it will burn. But for pork chops , chicken and really good on shrimp and fish. 5 ripe mangos ( diced) 1 cup flaked coconut 3 cups orange juice 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp lime juice 2tsp paprika 1 tsp celery seed 1 seeded habanero (diced) Add all ingrediants to food processer or blender and process till smooth. If to thick add OJ to thin. ( should be the consistancy of a thick BBQ sauce. this is a no cook sauce and please add / subtract as you see neccessary.
