I prepped up 4 racks of backs, got the smoker up to 230 and laid on the ribs. We took the kids and the In-laws to a ghost town for the day and Then i went to a dr's appt. Came home the drum was humming at 226 after 6 1/2 hours. I was worried my ribs would be over-smoked but they came out great...

Opening of the drum

A few were a little dry but hey, 6-7 hours w/o wrapping aint bad..
