I’m torn on this the vevor is bigger and heavier 17.5” vs 10” 1 year warranty vs 2 yr along with parts and servive after the warranty is up not to mention it takes up less space
I have a avid USVX a bit more but chose it for size. You also can do regular vac pack with Avid.

So I have done several wet food seals now. Really works great just got to remember to put the bar back down over the top of the bag or it wont seal. This is truly a game changer! Now on the search for some sous vide recipes.

Man I telling you at that price just do it! I done several wet things all ready and man is that nice! I have your hot links on deck. Got everything now just got to do it. I got one of those .97 lb butts from Albertson. I just going to use my buddy's mom recipe of soy and water in a dutch oven at 325. Than make gravy with liquid and mix back in pork. Good stuff.
I'm so tempted. I just have a space issue. I don't know where it would go. My regular vacuum sealer is in the closet in the box. I haul it out. With this big thing I don't even have the garage space.
I have a bunch of stuff coming in this month that is going to get stored in my extra room so that space is gone and it won't fit there.

So many things, so little space! If I somehow can find the space, I may do it, but... it's just not looking feasible and I don't think I want to phase out my trusty vacuum sealer due to it's speed vs a chamber sealer. I am always pressed for time when I process after hunting season... though the past 2 season I've outsourced the processing due to my current contract, but that is normally not the case :D

I hear you. I have a small house and tiny kitchen. Only 3 foot of usable counter space to work on. I use a spare bedroom for storage and it pretty full! Did not realize how heavy this is! I ended up putting were my foodsaver was. I have a folding table that I was using to clean fridge and ended up just leaving it. Pretty easy to slide out of the way to get behind it. I have the foodsaver on it ow.
