Good start to the day

Today is beef rib day and off to a perfect start. My 1 week old daughter gave me enough time to start the smoker. I figured I'd share the day. I got 4 racks from the butcher yesterday.

Looks good. I am excited about Labor day. Our best meat store has put beef ribs on sale for 88 cents a lb.

Alot of other ribs too, so I know the beef ones will still be there.

Well, wife told me we can't go until Friday. Sale starts tomorrow. My only hope is that most of the public is thinking chicken and pork. They have aload of other ribs on sale, so I plan on stocking up.
