Another success with brisket, smoked 2 briskets, 1 butt and 2 labs of spares in a rib rack on a 22.5" WSM. All of the meat except for the ribs stalled for about 3 hours, it seemed like at the same time. Brisket was tender, moist and juicy. Got to love that WSM!!!!!!!! The one thing that I did notice is that after I took the spares off, that the rest of the meat came out of there stall, coincedence or not?
