Hi there, so i work up in the oil patch, like traveling.......wrong site
So I'm finally converting my old 1952 Zenith fridge into a smoker. Ive had it for 11 years and still worked great but it just wasnt needed after i replaced my kitchen fridge and moved the old one into the garage. I felt bad stripping it down but prices are going up for vintage fridges here.
The interior will be 17.5"W x 15.5"D x 46.5" H. Im still on the fence with which way i want to go. Propane and chips or electric and pellets. Leaning towards propane so i can take it out camping.
Looking forward to spending hours reading through your builds and changing my fricken mind a dozen times
