Good Dehydrator for Jerky?

I always wanted to have stainless still, commercial dehydrator but couldn't justify spending around $400 for what I am doing - mainly jerky and sometimes sundried tomatoes and fruits... I bought Cosory Premium Dehydrator with 6 stainless still shelves for $159 and happy with this machine....

As I mentioned in the jerky thread, I've just gotten this one, Valley Sportsman 750w 10-tray.
Hoping to try it out on some jerky in the next few days.

It worked out well. 5.5 lbs of meat only used about 4 and a quarter trays. Spraying oil on the racks before drying jerky made cleanup a breeze. Can't wait to try it on some fruit.

Dry some seedless grapes. Takes quite a bit of time but makes the best raisins you've ever eaten.
