Going to try a couple of 4 lb. pork butts for some pullled pork and a few beef short ribs.
All rubbed up and sitting in the fridge right now.



More to follow tomorrow.
 
That is all looking might good so far. Nice meaty looking ribs. The ones I end up with from my beef are always barely fit for soup.
