Well I made my vacation down in Orlando and headed back to tenessee and several of us met up at Jerrys Camp in North Florida.
It was the day after my Birthday so Mark (Mballi) picked me up a cake and Brian (Grouper Sandwich) brought Oysters. It was a great time. We also had a new SMF member there named Justin cant remember his user name
We smoked
1 Brisket
2 Butts
Venison
Some Beef Ribs
ABTS
Dutchs Beans
Taters

It was a good time, Food was awesome and the first time Ive had BBQ that someone else cooked for me.

Jerry gave me a whole deer he had killed a few days before and two halfs of a pig to bring home, a whole summer sausage that he made. Jerry is having another SMF get together in April and I would suggest that if you can get there come. It was a great time and I look foward togoing back

To all that were there it was a fun time to be had. Chris it was nice to meet you and your family and you guys seemed right at home to. To brian, justin, jerry it was another great get together. I know you guys do it all the time but I'm a newbie to these but I'm working on being a regular too. Now to Jerry it's always great to be invited to the camp for a day of smoking and really really good eats. So a great big "thank you" has to go out to you for going all out as usual. Now till the next one I think it's the great bacon gathering count me in.

Glad you made it up to Jerry's place, Chris and Co. It's amazing that everything he's done up there to that place, was done with his own two hands and minimal help from outside workers (except for Brian :P).
